As people, we follow the Radiant Oak Homes values tree to uphold our commitment to an entirely person-centred approach for our residents, their families and friends. Our values tree is displayed in every one of our homes. All members of staff receive ongoing training to ensure we continue to deliver these values in everything we do.
Nursing Care
At ROH we personally select our nursing teams to provide dedicated care for those who need more support than our Residential Care programme can provide, such as rehabilitative care or help with physical disabilities or long-term illness. Taking the time to identify and respond to every individual’s specific needs and abilities enables us to create bespoke care plans that ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and wellbeing are delivered day and night. We prioritise our residents’ independence as much as possible so that everyone can enjoy a fulfilling way of life.
Our Values
Our compassionate and devoted teams approach palliative care with great empathy and sensitivity to enable residents and their families and friends to feel as comfortable and supported as possible, physically and emotionally. We believe it is a privilege to be entrusted with caring for residents at this stage of their lives. We work closely with residents loved ones and medical and health professionals to design a nuanced care plan to manage pain, maintain dignity, and fill one’s final moments with love, free from fear, with wishes respected.

Our expert team works collaboratively with your consultants and a multi-disciplinary medical team to create a care and rehabilitation plan to optimise recovery. Rehabilitation respite can be particularly helpful post knee surgery, hip surgery and other types of orthopaedic surgery.
